We are very excited to announce that our 2nd annual Singing Valentine fundraiser was incredibly successful! After expenses we raised $1,189 for the Kamloops Hospice Association, this year’s selected charity. Caring for an average of 235 patients a year, Kamloops Hospice Association will use the funds raised by the Singing Valentines for costs involved with caring for their patients, which includes medical supplies, meals, and all the additional necessities required for comfort care in their beautiful 12 bed Hospice home.

Travelling all across Kamloops we made over 40 deliveries on Valentines Day this year. We want to thank everyone who ordered a Singing Valentine this year and supported our fundraiser. It is a wonderful pleasure and a distinct privilege to be entrusted to deliver these messages of love and caring for you. Also, it is absolutely fantastic to be able to raise money for such a great cause.

Thank you to Court’s Cookie Box for donating the incredible custom-baked cookies! A big shout-out to Newell’s Flowers for the beautiful carnations! And lastly, but most certainly not least, we want to thank our respective employers (yes, we all have day jobs) for their generous support of this fundraising initiative by allowing us the day off: Kamloops Immigrant Services, the Kamloops Symphony, Cates Ford Soll & Epp LLP, and FedEx Express.
